Pre-project work
With many town centre streets containing listed buildings, the viability of changing say, an established solicitor's office into a coffee and baguette outlet must be fully explored before an offer to purchase is even contemplated. Many main contractors and fast food and retail chains involve Extracair long before a refurbishment or build project is even decided upon.
We are frequently entrusted to conduct a survey of the building and to report on the feasibility of the ventilation and climate control work being successfully and economically executed.
